ENGLISH

🤗 Come run and have a great time at our Social Run! Good vibes, miles and people with the same passion. It's that simple 😄 Got a race the next day? Perfect, it's great as a shakeout run. And if you don't… even better 😉 Come however you like: solo, with friends… there's always a team here to enjoy a 45-minute run together.

⏰ SCHEDULE AND PUNCTUALITY We'll meet at 9:15 AM to welcome everyone and organize the group. We'll start running at 9:30 AM; out of respect for everyone's time and to keep to our planned route, we'll head out right on time without exception.

⚠️ IMPORTANT This Social Run is aimed at runners who can maintain a pace between 4:00 and 5:45 min/km for approximately 45 minutes. That way we can all run together, enjoy the activity, and keep a steady group pace. Once we wrap up… whoever is up for it, we'll head out for drinks nearby 🍻🥳

🍻🥳 💡 WE ASK A FAVOR This activity is free, but spots are limited. If you end up not being able to make it, remember to change your RSVP to "Not going" so someone else can take your spot. WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT? There might be people on the wait list. It helps us better organize the group and the route. ⚠️ If you miss 3 runs without notice, you'll have to take a break from signing up for a while. Nothing personal, it's just so everyone gets a chance!
