Tropicale Presents: Movies on the Lawn "Practical Magic"
About the event
A Halloween-night screening brings witchy romance and supernatural comedy to the Tropicale Lawn at The Miami Beach EDITION. Taking place Saturday, October 31, Movies on the Lawn presents the 1998 cult favorite Practical Magic on a large outdoor screen, with seasonal food and beverage offerings available throughout the evening.
Starring Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman, Practical Magic follows sisters Sally and Gillian Owens, descendants of a long line of witches whose family history includes a curse on their romantic relationships. When a dangerous encounter draws the sisters back together, they turn to magic, family and their small-town community to confront the consequences.
The screening takes place outdoors in Miami Beach, with guests encouraged to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early. Valet parking is available for an additional fee, while street parking is limited.
