About the event
If you are interested in studying traditional Japanese martial arts, this class is for you. The first session is free if charge.
We train outdoors in the Bredäng area. I will meet you by the entrance to the metro station and we walk together to a park. Please let me know if you intend to come.
You need to be at least 18 years old to start the training; with parents’ permission, 16+ could be accepted. Otherwise, people of all genders, age groups, and physical conditions are welcome.
What to wear? Wear anything that suits the current weather conditions and allows you to move freely. It’s also important that you don’t worry about making your clothes dirty or ripping them when you practice outdoors.
