About the event

What does wellbeing really look like for women today? Meet our three experts. ~Angela Emmerton, Clinical Nutritionist, Nutritional Matters. Midlife Matters: What are we really feeding ourselves? Your body changed the rules. From our 40s, shifting hormones change what our bodies need from food, yet most of us respond by eating less or cutting foods out. Angela busts common food myths and shares three key food groups most women are missing, with simple, practical ways to get more of them, starting tomorrow. ~Dr Polly Wilkie - Wholistic Healthcare Director at Care Clinic Bondi Junction. 30 years experience in Chiropractic, Osteopathy and Nutrition, specialising in paediatrics and women’s health. What is your body telling you? Body awareness, stress, patterns and listening to physical signals. ~Dr Judy Lovas is Australia’s expert in evidence-based relaxation therapy and an international speaker. She has a PhD from University of Sydney. With knowledge, passion and humour, Judy teaches the why, how and when of simple relaxation skills to people with chronic conditions, and anyone who wishes to improve their health. Judy highlights relaxation practice for stress, trauma, anxiety, pain, depression, sleep disorders and chronic inflammatory conditions. An opportunity to learn, ask questions and discover something new about your own wellbeing. Sunday 1 November 2026 5:00–7:00pm One Spirit Energy, Cremorne $65 per person Whether you're interested in nutrition, understanding your body, managing stress or simply creating more balance in your life, this evening is an opportunity to breathe, learn something new and connect with other women.
