New 4-week Introductory Sessions in SAN FRANCISCO at Harvey Milk Center, 50 Scott Street. Starts Thursday, September 3rd, 2026 7 pm to 8:30 pm Downstairs in the Ballroom Everyone is welcome. Taoist Tai Chi ® practice is a moving meditation that reduces stress and helps you find joy. Physically, it will make you energetic, balanced, strong, and supple. Sessions are Mask-Friendly.
