HIKE: Coffee Club #27: Barcelona sunrise coastline stroll
About the event
Back by popular demand, we're doing another Coffee Club Hike. We will still continue our regular to-go coffee walks around Barcelona (check the rest of our events), but these hikes are NEXT LEVEL - longer, at different hours, in the amazing nature that our city has to offer, but with the same awesome people that usually attend Coffee Club. Join us this time for a coastal morning stroll, at sunrise. INVITATION: Meeting up in person Friday 18 SEPTEMBER 7:15am - 9:30am @ La Cala Barceloneta. We may go quite far in 2 hours, get ready. Wake up early. Wear good shoes, bring water. Get ready to sweat a bit. Note: we are leaving promptly at 7:30am (sunrise) for our hike - we will not wait for you, nor will we check our meetup messages at around that time. Ground rules:

*"'Healthy' to me means..."* For Coffee Club in 2026 we're moving past examining words and terms and deeper into the human experience. This time we're going to examine exactly what 'healthy' means to each of us.
• Experience that happy, buoyant feeling that comes from an engaging, pleasant chat • Continue on with the rest of your day Note: Our route will be determined day-of. It's likely we'll end up in Poblenou or even Badalona depending on our speed.
Disclaimers: This meetup is free, but logically you must purchase your own coffee or beverage of your choice directly with the coffee shop mentioned at the end. The primary language of this meetup will be English, the organizer Jenna also speaks Spanish for any questions or needs. For accessibility please note that we will be walking along the beach and uneven terrain - for 2 hours. If you can't do it don't worry, we have much more chill coffee walks on the calendar already in this meetup group, join one of those instead. In the event of rain we will message to establish a new indoors location. If you have a well-behaved dog and would like to walk your dog at the same time you are encouraged to bring them. Note that while this meetup is in English, this is not an English language learning group - this is a way for incredible strangers (both locals and expat locals, we're about 50/50) to get together, chat, and connect about real topics. If you'd like, please provide a reason / intention for attending so that Jenna can make this great for you. Jenna will be actively hosting this space so don't be surprised if she sends you out for a walk with a new stranger, or changes it up a bit to encourage connection.
