About the event
On August 9th, South Philly Sala at 2322 S 10th St hosts a workshop in Tatakizome, the art of flower pounding, from 1:30-3:30 PM. Participants use paper, plants, and petals to create designs from natural pigments, with no experience required. The event also offers a space to hang out from 1-5 PM, with a sliding scale donation suggested for food, drink, and materials.
