This iconic civic building anchors downtown Brooklyn, with subway connections (2, 3, 4, 5, R trains). 1. Atlantic Avenue Walk east from Borough Hall toward Atlantic Avenue—one of Brooklyn's oldest and busiest arteries. You'll pass storefronts, bodegas, and the Fulton Mall entrance. This stretch feels like real Brooklyn: loud, lively, and layered with generations of immigrants. 2. Brooklyn Bridge Park Cut south to the riverfront and enter Brooklyn Bridge Park. This reclaimed industrial waterfront spans 85 acres across 7 piers. The views of Manhattan skyline are prime photo territory—especially Pier 1 with its sweeping vista of the lower Manhattan towers. 3.
