Join us for an afternoon of faith, friendship, meaningful conversation, and books as we discuss Fervent by Priscilla Shirer and connect its themes with the movie War Room. Whether you've attended Sisters in Faith before or this will be your first time, you are welcome! Come meet other women who enjoy reading, growing in faith, and having genuine conversations in a warm and welcoming environment.
📖 Our Book Discussion We'll explore Fervent and the ways intentional prayer can shape our faith, relationships, challenges, and everyday lives. Come ready to share what stood out to you, what challenged you, and what you may be taking away from the book.
🎬 Our Movie Discussion We'll also talk about War Room and how the film brings some of the book's themes to life. We'll explore questions such as:
• What connections did you notice between the book and the movie? • What part of the story resonated with you most? • Did the movie change or deepen your perspective on anything from the book? • What does intentional prayer look like in real life?
💕 Come for the Book, Stay for the Sisterhood This gathering is about more than discussing a book. It's an opportunity to meet women, enjoy good conversation, share some refreshments, and build friendships around faith and shared interests.
