Do you sometimes feel stressed, worried or distracted? Brain research has shown that mindfulness and meditation can help us develop more focus, become more relaxed and create greater mental clarity. Join our drop-in meditations to make meditation part of your daily routine. Even short meditations help you relax and regain focus. Everyone is welcome, regardless of previous experience of meditation and mindfulness. If there are beginners we adapt to this.
