Topic of Main Talk - Adaptive Software
Technology is changing faster than the systems businesses use to run themselves. Many organisations are still built around rigid software, disconnected systems and processes that were never really designed to change. Adaptive software takes a different approach: software that can connect to what already exists, be composed around the problem at hand, and evolve as new capabilities become available. I’ll explore what this means for how we think about building and implementing software for businesses — and why adaptability may become as important as functionality.
I’m Charles Chirongoma, founder of Chase Continental, an AI studio focused on applying AI and technology to real business problems in emerging markets. I’ve worked across consulting and technology, building solutions in areas including manufacturing, circularity, telecommunications, data and AI.
