I invite mothers and childrens for connection, joy, and quality time together.
Aerial yoga is a practice with the support of soft fabric hammocks that gently hold the body, helping you move more freely, stretch more comfortably, relax deeply, and enjoy the feeling of lightness and flight.
This format is especially beautiful for a mother and child, because each of them receives something special from the experience:
• for moms it’s a chance to slow down, breathe, release tension, relax the body and nervous system, and reconnect with themselves; -for children — a fun and playful space to move, explore, enjoy new sensations, and channel their energy in a positive way.
