Intuitive Walk in Park. Energy experience in Park Bathurst/Sheppard

Hello everyone, There's something remarkable that happens when we step outside, slow down, and actually *pay attention.* The rustle of leaves. The way light shifts through trees. The subtle shift in air as you move from open path to shaded trail. Most of us walk through nature on autopilot. This time we do the opposite.

This is a nature walk with intention — a relaxed, friendly exploration of how tuning into your surroundings awakens something deeper: your intuition. That quiet inner signal that guides better decisions, better connections, better awareness of the world around you. No experience needed. No mysticism. Just fresh air, present company, and a little curiosity.

We'll move through the beautiful trails of Park together, pause where it feels right, share observations, maybe play a couple of awareness games along the way — and after the walk can wrap it up with food and drinks at the plaza nearby sharing the experience and discussing what matters to you on the subject of intuitive and energy awaken living. 🌿

What to expect:

• A relaxed walk through the Park's scenic trails • Simple intuitive awareness exercises along the way • Genuine conversations and natural connections • Food & beverages after to wind down together
