About the event

Take a creative lunch break during Mental Health Month with wellbeing art therapy.

These 45-minute, small-group workshops combine expressive art-making, guided creative activities and gentle reflection on everyday wellbeing. Facilitated by Vaishnavi Nanjappan, AThR, each session explores a different theme.

14 Oct: Stress reset 15 Oct: From overwhelm to focus 28 Oct: Emotional intelligence 29 Oct: Wellbeing check-in

No artistic experience is needed, all creative materials are provided, and sharing personal reflections is optional. Choose one workshop or attend all four.
