She is a young and multifaceted being with a curiosity for continuous learning and sharing knowledge in and with community. She would describe her style of teaching as creative, mindful and influenced by her personal experiences on and off the mat. She enjoys and is passionate about creating an environment where practitioners can feel confident in their practice and be able to take ownership of their practices and bodies. Creating space for deeper connection and inquiry with self, giving practitioners the opportunity to go beyond the physical practice of yoga.
