Come and join us for our sixth LGDM summer walk: Hidden scandals and secrets between gentlemen. Our summer walks are now a sought after summer staple and this summer promises not to let that down. We’ll begin and finish our walk near Marble Arch Underground Station. On our rambling we will pass a number of sites of local interest and hear about scandals in high places covered up for over 100 years involving the most handsome man in parliament. Of course there will be opportunities for ‘refreshment’ en route and we will conclude our walk at an LGBTQ+ friendly venue where those wishing to extend their enjoyment of the evening can do so if they choose. Our aim is to have a relaxing evening where there’ll be plenty of time to walk & talk as well as relax in the company of other gay dads and their supporters. The evening will proceed regardless of weather but taking account of that if the weather is wet we will visit more watering houses as opposed to roaming the streets… **Our ‘*Modus Operandi*’**: This fun meet-up will be full of smiles, laughs and good nature. Guys who've already been to at least one meetup (in person or online) can ping Glyn (see below or search for 'Glyn' in LGDM 'Members') to be added to the WhatsApp group which we use both for social chat between meets, and also to News Flash any last minute amends to logistics. We are gay guys who have or want to have children, or their supporters chatting over a drink. We know the particular struggles of being gay and a father. We make it work. For us it is normal. It’s a relaxing, fun, positive, encouraging meet. First-time members specially looked out for and warmly welcomed. We don't do 'cliquey’. People come along as singles and couples, younger, older, out, not out, still married to a woman, divorced, trans and everything in between. 'Wannabe-Dads' and women are welcome too. Every racial group and faith/no faith background has come and been warmly included. Basically everyone from every imaginable background is welcome. The only condition is that you have an interest in gay dads being the best and happiest dads they can be. If you RSVP "Yes" one of the leaders will know to be on the lookout for you and not long before the meetup starts one of the leaders sends their mobile # to everyone signed up, just to make absolutely sure everyone finds us. You can just turn up though too, we understand and respect some people’s need for confidentiality. Just look for the **LGDM logo** sign. Plenty of blokes go for non-alcoholic drinks.
