About Event Join us for an informal networking lunch at the National University of Singapore, where you'll have the chance to connect with two remarkable figures from the global deep tech and maker community, alongside NUS Enterprise staff, founders, and NOC alumni. Fresh from the morning's fireside chat and startup pitches, this relaxed session over lunch is your opportunity to swap ideas, ask the questions you didn't get to raise on stage, and forge new connections in a genuinely open setting. No slides, no formal programme, just good conversation and great company. Our guests: Liz Upton is the Co-founder of Raspberry Pi, the tiny computer that sparked a global movement in computing education and hardware tinkering. With a front-row seat to Raspberry Pi's journey from a scrappy idea to a publicly listed company, Liz brings sharp insight into building hardware products, growing a community-driven brand, and navigating the road from startup to IPO and beyond. Alasdair Allan is a scientist, author, hacker, and journalist whose work spans the frontiers of connected devices, edge AI, and the maker movement. A prolific writer and speaker, he offers a candid, practitioner's perspective on where technology is genuinely heading and what breaks first when you try to scale it. When: 12:00pm - 1:30pm Who should come: NUS Enterprise staff, founders, and NOC alumni curious about deep tech, hardware, and building ventures that last. Come with your Raspberry Pi products for autographs! Location Please register to see the exact location of this event. Singapore Hosted By Fifi Pang Susan Chung Liah Salimin 150 Going Tech
