Thursday, November 12, 202617:45 – 20:00About the event
Founded in 1998, Mobile Loaves & Fishes has served meals with a side of hope to the homeless and working poor on the streets of Austin and San Antonio, Texas; Providence, Rhode Island; New Bedford, Massachusetts; and Minneapolis, Minnesota.
To date, Mobile Loaves & Fishes has served over 4 million meals, and with the support of more than 18,000 volunteers, they are the largest prepared feeding program to the homeless and working poor in Austin.
We will begin at the church with food preparation and loading the truck. From there, we will travel to designated sites and hand out meals to anyone in need of a meal. If you would like to learn more about Mobile Loaves & Fishes, please visit their website (http://mlf.org/).
