We meet at 8 AM on Barceloneta beach. Here is the morning:
8:00 Easy workout together. Push-ups, squats, pull-ups, planks, whatever you feel like. No level needed. Do what your body wants.
8:45 Swim in the sea. Cold, quick, wakes you up better than coffee.
9:15 We sit and talk. Real conversations, not small talk. Where you are from, what you are building, what is on your mind.
10:00 We walk to Honest Greens next door, open our laptops and work together until noon.
Who comes: Remote workers, digital nomads, freelancers, people new in Barcelona, anyone curious.
What to bring: Swimsuit, towel, water, laptop if you want to stay for the cowork part.
Cost: Free. You only pay for your own coffee or breakfast.
