90 minutes Yin Yoga and Sound Bath session offers a deep and meditative experience, designed to release tension in both the body and mind. We will focus on Yin Yoga, where you'll settle into long-held, passive postures targeting the deeper connective tissues, joints, and fascia. By staying in each pose for several minutes, you’ll cultivate stillness, patience, and inner awareness, allowing deep physical and emotional release. The session will be together a soothing Sound Bath. As you hold the poses, you'll be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, or chimes. The sound waves will guide you into a state of deep space, helping to calm the nervous system, balance energy, and promote a sense of peace and tranquility. This combination of Yin Yoga and sound healing offers a powerful practice for restoring balance, reducing stress, and reconnecting with your inner self. Suitable for all levels, this session invites you to slow down, let go, and experience profound relaxation.

Una sesión de 90 minutos de Yin Yoga y Sound Bath ofrece una experiencia profunda y meditativa, diseñada para liberar tensión tanto en el cuerpo como en la mente. Nos enfocaremos en el Yin Yoga, donde te instalarás en posturas mantenidas durante un tiempo, dirigidas a los tejidos conectivos más profundos, las articulaciones y la fascia. Al permanecer en cada postura durante varios minutos, cultivarás la quietud, la paciencia y la conciencia interior, permitiendo una profunda liberación física y emocional.

La sesión se complementará con un relajante Sound Bath. Mientras mantienes las posturas, estarás inmerso en las vibraciones sanadoras de cuencos de cristal, gongs o campanas.
