Up Late: What's Love Got to Do with It?
About the event
Joshua Hortinela and Dee Salmin offer agony-aunt advice on everything to do with love and relationships.
Are your friends sick of analysing your situationship? Attachment styles absorbing your energy? Limerence leading you astray? This Up Late panel is taking questions.
Joshua Hortinela is a bookseller and content creator whose debut novel, Hate You to Love You, is a moving queer love story that throws two exes together on an international book tour. Dee Salmin has spent years listening to people talk about their love lives as host of triple j’s podcast The Hook Up; her first book, It’s Not Love, Actually, is part-memoir, part-manifesto on dating, sex and love.
Join these platonic bedfellows with host Mel Fulton as they unpack the questions on everyone’s FYP. Expect a frank, funny and honest discussion on nostalgia and yearning, raising your dating standards and finding love that’s worth your energy.
