Skin Longevity Symposium
About the event
Skin Longevity Symposium Skin aging is becoming a serious area of research and innovation across longevity science, dermatology, regenerative medicine, biotechnology, aesthetics, and skincare. The Skin Longevity Symposium will bring together researchers, clinicians, founders, industry leaders, and others working across this emerging field for an evening focused on the science of skin aging, new technologies and interventions, and how discoveries are beginning to translate into clinical care and commercial products.
The evening will begin with a brief featured presentation and discussion with Saranya Wyles, MD, PhD, Mayo Clinic, whose work sits at the intersection of regenerative medicine, dermatology, and skin aging. At Mayo Clinic, Dr. Wyles is the Medical Director of the Center for Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery, Director of the Regenerative Dermatology and Skin Aging Laboratory, and Associate Director for Education within the Center for Regenerative Biotherapeutics. Her research focuses on cellular senescence, regenerative biotherapeutics, 3D bioprinted skin, wound healing, and the cellular hallmarks of skin aging, including clinical work evaluating approaches such as senolytics and exosome based therapies. Her work is also highly translational and connected to broader efforts at Mayo to advance regenerative technologies through research, clinical development, and collaboration. This makes the symposium particularly relevant for startups, biotech companies, skincare companies, and technology developers interested in potential research, clinical, and industry collaboration around skin longevity and regenerative dermatology. The program will include a talk by Dr. Wyles and a discussion with leaders in the field, highlighting emerging science, technologies, products, and approaches across skin longevity.
