*For our very first event, we’re partnering with Hamish Williams from Periphery Wines to discover the remarkable wines emerging from China. From the high-altitude vineyards of Yunnan to the pioneering wineries of Ningxia, we’ll uncover the stories behind a new generation of winemakers who are redefining one of the world’s oldest wine cultures.* *Over the course of the evening, you’ll enjoy a specially curated Longrain menu paired with six exceptional wines, presented across five tasting brackets, each designed to showcase the incredible relationship between Asian flavours and modern Chinese wines.* *Expect fresh, aromatic seafood, spice-laced pork and duck, and a delicate dessert alongside surprising wines and fascinating conversation — Hamish sharing the stories behind each producer along the way, all enjoyed around a shared table with like-minded wine lovers.*
Hope you can join me for a little hump day indulgence of delicious food and wine.
Cheers, LeAnn
