Feeling mentally exhausted but don't know how to switch off? 🪡✨

Your days are filled with deadlines, notifications, and endless responsibilities. By the time you get a moment to yourself, you're too drained to enjoy it.

When life becomes one long to-do list, stress builds up, creativity fades, and you forget what it feels like to simply be present. Before you know it, weeks—and even months—pass by on autopilot.

Join me for a 2-hour Mindful Embroidery Workshop where you'll slow down, disconnect from the noise, and reconnect with yourself through the calming art of embroidery. No experience is needed—I'll guide you every step of the way, and all materials are provided.

*"I came in feeling overwhelmed and left feeling lighter, calmer, and genuinely proud of what I created. I didn't realize how much I needed those two hours."*

This isn't just an embroidery workshop—it's a reset for your mind.
