Engineers can now run Dev, QA and Reviewer agents in parallel. This talk covers two patterns for managing them: peer-supervising agent sessions for feature work, and a traced, human-gated LangGraph orchestrator for high-risk operations. Takeaways: when to use each, which human gates to keep, and how to certify engineers before they self-review.
About the Speaker [Reece Markowsky](https://www.linkedin.com/in/reecemarkowsky) is Senior Manager, Infrastructure & Security at [Nue.io](https://nue.io/), building human-gated, traced AI-agent workflows for release engineering. Previously at AI-first insurtech company Quandri, Reece built MCP-driven agentic operations and AI-adoption telemetry. Reece has 25+ years in infrastructure and engineering leadership at Salesforce, Yahoo, EA, Unity and Stellar.
