Cancellation & Refund Policy

Attendee fee: ₩10,000 per person We understand that plans can change. Please review the following policy before booking. 1. Cancellation by an attendee

• At least 5 days (120 hours) before the scheduled event start: Full refund of ₩10,000. • Less than 5 days before the event: No refund. • No-show or late arrival that causes you to miss the group: No refund.

All cancellation deadlines are based on Korea Standard Time (KST). Please send your cancellation request directly to the organizer through Meetup or the contact details in the event announcement. Simply changing your RSVP does not constitute a refund request. 2. Transferring your booking If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person at no additional charge. Please contact the organizer at least 24 hours before the event for approval. The replacement attendee must meet any participation requirements stated in the event listing. 3. Cancellation or rescheduling by Longship If Longship cancels the event because of unsafe weather, insufficient participants, or another organizing issue, you will receive a full refund. If Longship reschedules the event, you may choose to attend on the new date or receive a full refund. 4. Weather and itinerary changes Events may proceed in light rain when conditions are safe. Minor changes to the route, meeting arrangements, or activity order do not qualify for a refund if the event proceeds substantially as advertised. Please check organizer messages before departing. 5. Refund processing Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after confirmation, normally through the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative with you. 6. Separate expenses This policy covers the ₩10,000 attendee fee. Transportation, food, admission tickets, and other expenses paid separately are subject to the relevant provider’s refund policy. By booking and paying, you acknowledge this policy. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
