BSA: Sketch and Social at Kendall Square
About the event
Come chill with us for boba and tiramisu, meet new people, and learn how to draw anime! All levels of drawing experience are welcome, whether you are an experienced artist, getting into sketching, or a newcomer who wants to try a new hobby. No experience is needed!
There will be options where you can learn how to draw shapes and features, including heads, eyes, hair, or clothing, or a full body pose of the whole character.
Anime characters will be printed and handed out to draw as a reference. The prompt for this month will be 2000s anime: Naruto, Bleach, Full Metal Alchemist.
Feel free to socialize and meet new people at our sketching session!
The sketch session will be taking place at 325 Main Street at Kendall Square, Cambridge. Food and snacks will be provided during the session.
After the sketching session, you are welcome to join us in playing drawing-related board games or heading over to dinner for some nice Asian cuisine.
