Is this your event?About the event
"I can't believe how people opened up. I laughed and I feel like I can overcome the problems that were weighing me down." And our personal favourite, "We need to protect Therapist Jeff at all costs."Bring the thing that's been living rent-free in your head. We'll help you laugh it off, for good.
Laugh It Off is the group-therapy comedy show. You anonymously submit a real struggle, grievance, or thing you've never said out loud. Then stand-up comedian Andrew Packer and a rotating lineup of nationally touring comedians turn it into the funniest part of your week. While Andrew's actual dad, a licensed therapist of 35+ years, sits right there on stage and tells you what's really going on underneath the laughs.
It's part stand-up, part therapy, and honestly unlike anything else you'll see live. One minute you're crying laughing at a stranger's disaster. The next you realize it's kind of your disaster too.
What you're walking into:A real therapist and comedians on one stage, working through your stuff in real time Fully anonymous submissions: share as much or as little as you want, nobody knows it's yours Stand-up, genuine catharsis, and a unique night out that's actually hilarious and weirdly good for you
Andrew's a Kill Tony alum with a Dry Bar Special and JFL credits. His dad just has the credentials.
Our past two shows sold out in advance. We only do this once a month, and there's truly no other show like it, so grab your seat now.
