Is this your event?About the event
Experience the 2nd edition of Beats, Books & Bites! Georgy Morhea brings together live music, literature, inspiring stories and delicious bites in an intimate cultural evening full of connection inspired by 90s digital futurism. Enter the system. Enter the sound. Enter 1102
1102 is more than a postcode: it is the code of the place and the community. Literature and storytelling explore technology, identity and the future of the city, with Amsterdam-Zuidoost as a source of inspiration.
At Beats, Books & Bites, nothing is separate. The music, books, stories and dishes are curated around the same theme, meaning that what you hear, read, see and taste together form one immersive experience.
Together with ZOJazz Stage, we honour, celebrate and strengthen the Bijlmer FUTURISM: culture, creativity, local talent and community, created from and for Zuidoost.
BEATS – Live Pop, R&B & electronic influences. BOOKS – Literature & storytelling connected to the theme BITES – Molecular-inspired shared dining by Saltwater & Smoke
The food experience is included in your ticket. Drinks are not included.
Come dressed for the world: black, chrome & green. Come hungry. Come curious.
