• A short grounding, breathwork ritual to drop into the body • Piles of magazines, all tools, neon scraps, and wild images to play with, but you can also bring pictures, scraps or glitter you already think speaks to YOU • Music, laughter, and total freedom to explore • A closing circle where your portrait can speak louder than words
