This is a 57.7 km loop ride on paved bikeways and cycle-friendly streets. There is a coffee stop at Artigiano's Burnaby (Hastings & Rosser) and Lunch at Lumberman's Arch in Stanley Park.
Difficulty: Moderate if you have been biking regularly.

Please be responsible for yourself and follow all cycling rules and the leader’s directions. Please be sure your bike is in good condition, tires are inflated, and brakes are in good working order before arriving at the starting point. Carrying a Repair Kit and an extra inner tube is recommended. To help you to be seen and heard on the road, the following equipment is also recommended: a bell, flashing front and back lights or reflectors and a mirror. Our goal is for you to enjoy your ride and arrive at the end safe, happy, and satisfied with your leader and your outing.
