Good Morning, Britain: TV-am Revisited

To celebrate the BFI National Archive’s work to digitise and preserve a decade of broadcasts, we’re travelling back to the 1980s and the heady days of TV-am. Relive the (then) brave new world of shoulder pads, breaking news stories, children’s programming and, of course, aerobics. Sanjeev Bhaskar hosts a one-off sofa of special guests, including Lorraine Kelly, Nick Owen, Lizzie Webb, Gyles Brandreth and Timmy Mallet, to revisit a historic, much-loved era of breakfast television. Tickets £17, concessions £14 (Members pay £2.50 less). £5 from each ticket purchase will fund the BFI National Archive’s work towards digitising and preserving the TV-am collection and our television heritage. Programme type: Talk. Screen: NFT1.
