A youth chess tournament for players born in 2012 or later (Sub08 to Sub14) takes place at UBBO (Dolce Vita Tejo) in Amadora on July 25, 2026, from 10:00 to 12:30. The event uses a Swiss system of 6 rounds with a 10-minute KO rhythm, following FPX and FIDE rules. Registration is 8 euros (10 euros on the day), free for AXPortugal members, with limited spots. Prizes include awards for the top finishers in each age group and gifts for all participants.
