BPM Run Club — This Week's Run 🎧 Let's get together again this week! It's less about pushing hard and more about jogging together while catching up — think easy conversation pace over race pace. Whether you're a little nervous because it's been a while, or you're ready to really get moving, you're welcome either way. Walking the whole thing is totally fine too. Coming solo is great, but bringing a friend (or three) makes it even better.
