About the event
This meditation class is open to people of all backgrounds and levels of experience. この瞑想クラスは、あらゆる背景を持つ方や、経験の有無を問わず、どなたでもご参加いただけます。
Through Buddhist teachings and shared reflection, we support one another in our personal growth and development. 仏教の教えと共に学び、振り返ることを通して、お互いの成長と発展を支え合っています。
Together, we create a safe and welcoming space where we can openly share our challenges, celebrate what is beautiful in our lives, and explore how we can grow through kindness, compassion, and greater awareness. 私たちは共に、安心して心を開ける温かな場を育んでいます。そこでは、それぞれが抱える課題を率直に分かち合い、人生の中にある喜びや美しさを共に祝福しながら、優しさ、慈しみ、そしてより深い気づきを通して成長する道を探求しています。
Triratna is a Buddhist movement founded in the United Kingdom in the 1960s by Sangharakshita. トリラトナは、1960年代にサンガラクシタによってイギリスで創設された仏教運動です。
In Triratna, we focus on the Dharma—the Buddhist teachings that help us develop wisdom, compassion, and awareness, guiding us toward the qualities embodied by the Buddha, who serves as our source of inspiration. トリラトナでは、ダルマ（仏法）を実践の中心に据えています。ダルマとは、智慧・慈悲・気づきを育むための仏教の教えであり、私たちを仏陀が体現した資質へと導いてくれます。仏陀は、私たちにとって深いインスピレーションの源です。
We also place a special emphasis on spiritual friendship, recognizing the importance of supporting and encouraging one another on the path of personal growth and transformation. また、トリラトナでは「スピリチュアル・フレンドシップ（善き友情）」を特に大切にしています。個人の成長と変容の道を歩むうえで、お互いに支え合い、励まし合うことが欠かせないと考えているからです。
