Edgardo Cambón – 40th Anniversary

This year’s Yerba Buena Salsa Nights series builds on the YBG Festival’s long and deep history presenting the finest Latin bands on the scene, artists like Uruguayan-born percussionist Edgardo Cambón . He’s marking 40 years of performing in the Bay Area, 20 years after the release of his acclaimed Celebrando 20 Años album which he celebrated at YBG Festival. Born and raised in Montevideo, he started performing at the age of nine, and made his professional debut singing tangos on public television.
