Jane and Chris Tyrrell Wine List Takeover

Tyrrell’s joins us at The Wine Bar for an evening celebrating more than 170 years of Hunter Valley winemaking and one of Australia’s most iconic wine families. Founded by Edward Tyrrell in 1858 and now in its fifth generation, Tyrrell’s has played a defining role in Australian wine, particularly through Hunter Valley Semillon. Their legendary Vat 1 is Australia’s most awarded white wine, while generations spent working some of the Hunter’s great vineyard sites continue to shape wines known for their distinctive character and remarkable longevity. Jane and Chris Tyrrell will be pouring on the night, sharing the wines and stories behind her family’s vineyards, winemaking and enduring connection to the Hunter Valley.
