FEEL IT

A Full-Body Reset via Music & Mindfulness Sometimes the most meaningful conversations happen without words. We are constantly told to push through, numb out, or avoid difficult emotions. But what if we created space to just feel? Feel It is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and notice what the music awakens within you. Through a thoughtfully curated playlist and gentle reflection within the beauty of 12 Plein Street's stunning gardens, this shared experience creates space to reconnect with yourself in a simple, human way.

Step away from the noise of the daily grind and immerse yourself in a truly unique, audio-guided wellness escape. Set in a lush, sunlit garden oasis, this is not a traditional movement or yoga class—it is an invitation to let curated music and guided soundscapes speak directly to your mind. The Experience: Upon arrival, you will be given a pair of high-fidelity wireless headphones. As you slip them on, the outside world fades away, replaced by a deeply relaxing, immersive audio journey. Without the distractions of standard speakers or ambient noise, you can tune in completely to the therapeutic sounds and gentle mindfulness cues. Because this is about your personal reset, there are no rigid poses or expectations. You have the complete freedom to experience the session however your body needs. Choose to sit comfortably on the grass in quiet reflection, stand tall to breathe in the fresh air, or simply close your eyes and let the music wash over you. What to Expect:Immersive Audio: A personal, uninterrupted "silent disco" style sound bath delivered straight to your ears.Mindful Freedom: No strict routines. Sit, stand, or gently stretch exactly as you feel guided by the sound.Nature Connection: Ground yourself while surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of a private estate garden.Deep Rejuvenation: Leave feeling mentally clear, physically relaxed, and completely refreshed.
