A free, weekly, in person meet up for people interested in any or all types of meditation.
There will be a (45 minute) silent meditation, followed by some time to socialize, for those who wish to. It is acceptable to leave after the meditation portion and skip the socializing.
The meditation will start at 6:30pm. We recommend arriving before 6:25pm so that you have enough time to settle in before the bell rings.
Please bring your own cushion (if you would like to use one). Chairs are available.
Location: CEDA, 2515 rue Delisle · Montréal, CA. Room 307 ------------------------------------------------------------------------
