Green Square art therapy workshop
About the event
Take time to slow down, reflect and connect through creativity in this facilitated 2-hour art therapy workshop with registered art therapist and counsellor Emma Fitzgerald for Mental Health Month. This small-group workshop offers a safe and reflective space to explore thoughts, feelings and experiences through art. You'll be guided through gentle creative activities using a range of materials including painting, drawing, collage and clay, with plenty of freedom to engage in the way that feels right for you. No artistic experience is required. The focus is on personal expression, wellbeing and creative exploration rather than creating a finished artwork. All art materials will be provided. Bookings are essential. Carers are welcome to book a ticket and participate in the workshop. Find out what else is happening in Green Square – subscribe to our newsletter.
