Eat More Trees

This documentary follows food forest expert and regenerative agriculture pioneer Louis De Jaeger from the Amazon jungle to European fields. Eat More Trees, narrated by actress Hanna Verboom, reveals how our food system could be restructured. The world annually loses some 24 billion tons of fertile soil. This amounts to 30 football pitches every minute. If humanity keeps farming this way, we will literally undermine our food system. Yanniek Schoonhoven and her husband’s project in Murcia (Spain) is transforming 1,100 hectares of degraded land into a flourishing example of regenerative agriculture.
