Immerse yourself in soothing sounds and vibrations - reset your mind, body, and relax in Lisbon!
A 1-hour immersive sound journey combining crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic drum, tongue drum, seeds, chimes and other instruments, together with a guided meditation. A space to slow down, relax, reconnect with yourself and simply be present.
