Looking for a supportive way to stay active, move with greater ease, and connect with others? Kinetic Connections offers a gentle and engaging approach to movement through music, breath awareness, imagination, and creative exploration.

Led by instructor Julia Sasso, each class encourages you to move at your own pace and discover ways of moving that feel comfortable, enjoyable, and natural to you. Regular participation can help support balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being, while creating opportunities for creativity, self-expression, and social connection.

No previous dance experience is required. Whether you're returning to movement, looking for a new way to stay active, or simply want to enjoy moving in a welcoming environment, everyone is encouraged to participate in a way that feels right for them. Come curious, comfortable, and ready to move!
