Inspire Fitness Asia is the first-ever fitness concept to combine Muay Thai, Interval Training and Meditation.

At Inspire, both physical and mental health carry equal weight. After battling anxiety for many years, founder Daryl Lawlor discovered muay thai and meditation brought him deep peace of mind. He designed Inspire Fitness’ studio as an extension of his experience, to help others who might be struggling with similar anxiety to find peace. This class will involve:
