Seattle Wandering Brush Sunset Watercolor Session
About the event
Join us for an evening of painting as we gather to capture the sunset in watercolors. We will be meeting at a scenic spot in Seattle to practice our brushwork while the light changes over the water. This is a low-pressure environment meant for anyone who enjoys painting, whether you have been doing it for years or are just picking up a brush for the first time. We will spend a couple of hours sketching and mixing colors, focusing more on the experience of being outside and creating together than on making a perfect masterpiece.
Please bring whatever portable watercolor supplies you have on hand, along with a folding chair or a blanket if you would like to sit on the grass. We will provide some basic paper and extra water containers for anyone who needs them. It is a great chance to meet other local artists and enjoy the quiet transition into evening.
