Slow down. Breathe. Release. Join me for 90 minutes of deep relaxation, gentle reset, and reconnection through the healing power of sound, vibration, and crystal singing bowls. A Crystalic Sound Bath is a guided meditative experience where you don’t need to do anything, achieve anything, or clear your mind. Simply lie down, close your eyes, and allow the sounds to guide you. Through crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other instruments, we create a space to step away from constant thinking, soften the body, and reconnect with yourself.
What to expect
