【Power circle】Coffee Walk: Power Of Connection Between Women
About the event
As the year comes to a close, this is a moment to pause, listen to your body, and reconnect with where you are now.
We invite you to join Helene's Power Circle, a Certified Somatic & Mindset Coach with over 15 years of corporate experience, supporting women in achieving fulfillment.
This event is open to women only, designed to help us connect in a safe space and reconnect with ourselves and others in an authentic, grounded way.
Through a mix of somatic practices, guided reflection, and conscious conversation, you’ll be invited to slow down, release tension, and realign with what truly matters to you.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking deeper connection, this space supports your personal growth, emotional balance, and aligned action.
What we’ll do during the Meetup:
• Somatic/body awareness exercises • Breathwork/Nervous system reset • Sharing circle
You'll gain a deeper connection with your body and supportive, like-minded connections in the group.
Meetup Info: We'll start at the café to meet and get to know each other, then our host Helene will lead a Mindful practice to help you reconnect with your body and soul, followed by an enjoyable walk toward the city or the Seine River.
• Time: 11 AM to 13 PM • Meeting point: Lancaster Le Café ([4 Rue des Pyramides, 75001 Paris](https://maps.app.goo.gl/5Fd3CynHzavfBFPK6)) • Duration: 2 hours
