'Dimecres de So i Cos' series

Dimecres de so i cos is Santa Mònica’s programme dedicated to experimental proposals that explore the intersections between music and the human body, with free, regular sessions every Wednesday at 7 pm in the Sala Bar. Dimecres de so i cos is a meeting place for audiences, creators, programmers, enthusiasts and curious minds eager to enjoy a programme of sound experimentation, improvised music, voice, dance and small-scale performance in a relaxed and close-knit setting such as the Sala Bar. The programme and the production of each session are curated by different external and internal collectives at Santa Mònica, invited on a regular basis. Through this plurality of voices, a collective and distinctive working space is created, one that is constantly building shared meanings. The artistic proposals reflect the diversity and plurality of perspectives within experimental musical and performative creation. Dimecres de so i cos 2025 draws on proposals by: Africa Moment, BCN ImproFest, Festival Sâlmon, L’Afluent, La Bastida, Mixtur, Ocells al Cap (Associació Gresol) and Taller de Músics.
