Starchiva Cuisine is a restaurant with a very extensive dim sum menu. There are a LOT of great choices to choose from, and some unique dishes as well such as fish dumplings with broth, steamed matcha crispy rice roll, and seafood congee. The selection here is absolutely fantastic. Should be a feast. Please note, dim sum orderings are shared among the table and final bill is equally split. I expect the bill to come out to around $45 per person.
