**Welcome to LDB Tuesday nights!** This is NOT a typical, quiet figure drawing group. This is a fun, social, community group that meets weekly to do figure drawing from a live, nude model and decompress from the stresses of everyday life. There is inconsistent, spontaneous instruction that is generally focused on loosening up and letting go of perfectionism. There are no requirements for membership; this could be your first time touching a pencil (although that would be weird). We want you and your energy - we don’t care about your resume. A loose run-down of the evening: -We start off with check-ins and get to know one-another. -We do short, warmup poses with loose instruction. -We have a break. -We do more drawing (somewhat longer poses). -We have another break (some people show their work). -We do more drawing (longest poses). Tuesday night sessions are $15 at the door; cash, check, Venmo, Zelle are all accepted. We’ve got snacks but BYOB. Supplies of all manner are provided - big paper, small paper, charcoal, pencils, markers, etc. Feel free to bring your own supplies. There is an instagram group! It’s @LifeDrawingBoston. Follow!
